Inclined Screens

Inclined Screens

Pyramids Inclined Screens are specifically designed to separate crushed material effectively. These screens can be utilized at all stages of the crushing and screening process, especially when classification of products by size is required. The primary function is to produce the final product. Consequently, the screen plays a vital role in determining the actual capacity of the entire process. The unique design of the inclined screens ensures a more durable body structure, capable of withstanding the negative effects of vibration.

When material is loaded onto the screen, it moves forward across the mesh at a controlled speed due to the vibration, spreading evenly over the surface. Smaller particles pass through the screen mesh to the lower level, achieving efficient separation.

Key Features of Inclined Screens

Durable Body Construction
The screens are available in two, three, or four decks, offered in various sizes and capacities to meet specific operational requirements.

Advanced Screening Mechanism
The design supports the use of multiple types of screen meshes, including perforated sheets, perforated hardox sheets, polyurethane, and the highly preferred steel mesh.

Since screen meshes are subject to wear due to abrasion from the materials, all mesh holders are designed as rails to allow for easy assembly and disassembly. Maintenance and mesh replacement are simplified with a sliding front cover. Additionally, the wide screen decks ensure greater convenience during maintenance.

Optimized Drive System
The drive system is available as either single or dual drives, positioned centrally or above the screen body. Vibration is generated by rotating eccentric weights attached to the bearing shaft within the screen body. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted by altering the position of these weights relative to one another, enabling the screen to be configured for optimal performance.

Resilient Elastic System
The screen body is supported on the chassis by heavy-duty helical springs, which absorb vibration. This design prevents the vibration from impacting the chassis and associated chutes.

Optional Washing System
In certain crushing and screening processes, a washing system may be required to achieve the desired product characteristics. The inclined screen can be equipped with a washing system that meets specific requirements.

The washing system includes nozzles positioned across the screen that create a water curtain. As the material progresses over the mesh, the water curtain dissolves unwanted particles adhered to the material, allowing them to pass through the screen along with the water.

Advantages of Pyramids Inclined Screens

  • High Capacity and Efficiency
The material loaded into the feed chute accelerates and spreads evenly across the screen. This homogeneous distribution ensures that fine material is sieved effectively, resulting in high capacity and efficiency.

  • Easy and Safe Maintenance
The front chute is equipped with a rail system, enabling quick and easy mesh replacement. Additionally, a service platform surrounds the screen body on all four sides, ensuring safe and accessible maintenance.

  • Quick Installation
The screens are designed for rapid and straightforward installation, minimizing setup time.

Pyramids Inclined Screens deliver reliable performance, ease of maintenance, and exceptional efficiency, making them a valuable component in any crushing and screening operation.
