Pyramids Grizzly Screens are designed for specific applications within the crushing and screening process, typically utilized at two critical stages:

  1. Between the Feeder and the Primary Crusher
    These screens separate material destined for the primary crusher from the feeder, bypassing certain materials.

  2. In Front of the Secondary Crusher
    Positioned before the secondary crusher, the screen bypasses smaller material from the primary crusher, ensuring that only appropriately sized material enters the secondary crusher.

Grizzly Screens are particularly effective at handling very large materials, where standard screens may fail to meet capacity requirements or experience rapid wear due to the size of the materials being processed.
