Wobbler Feeder

Wobbler Feeder

The UWB Series Wobbler Feeder is an essential piece of equipment in crushing and screening processes when dealing with blasted materials that have high moisture content or are sticky. The feeder features monolithic rollers made from steel castings, with discs arranged in a triangular formation and offset from each other, which are the main components of the wobbler feeder. The shaft, designed in a square shape, is connected to the gearmotor by a coupling, transferring the motion to the roller. This unique design allows the rollers to move synchronously.

The movement of the rollers creates compression and friction forces between the advancing material and the disk sections of the rollers. This action effectively separates mud, sticky particles, thin materials, and waste from the main material, which is then directed to the lower groove of the wobbler. As a result, unwanted material is removed before it reaches the primary crusher, improving the overall efficiency of the process.

Due to its role in the primary stage, the body of the wobbler feeder is designed with a durable structure that can handle large and heavy materials. The system offers ease of use, as separate motors are connected to each roller, simplifying operation. The feeder is also easy to install and maintain, thanks to its straightforward design, without any complex components or assembly requirements.
