Vibrating Belt Feeder

The UMBB Series Vibrating Feeders are designed to be positioned at intermediate stock points, typically at the exit of silos or bunkers where materials are stored. Their primary function is to ensure continuous feeding of machines at all stages after the primary crushing process in crushing and screening operations.

To ensure smooth operation, the speed of the belt rollers is synchronized with the speed of the belt. The rollers are made from steel pipes, and ball bearings are used to minimize friction. The belt conveyor of the feeder includes essential components such as the drive drum, tension drum, flat carrier rollers, side rollers, and return rollers.

The feeder assembly includes a drive drum (connected to the drive unit), a return drum (connected to the tensioning device), upper and lower rollers, a guide roller, a tensioner system, a motor, and a robust steel construction.
