Tunnel Feeders

The UMVF Series Sand Feeders are designed to be positioned at intermediate stock points, typically at the exit of silos or bunkers where materials are stored, to ensure continuous feeding of machines in all stages after the primary crushing process in crushing and screening operations.

The feeder is mounted on springs and is responsible for delivering the stored material to the subsequent equipment in the process.

Vibration is a mechanical oscillation around an equilibrium point. In vibrating feeders, this mechanical oscillation is generated by two vibromotors with identical characteristics. Each oscillation imparts motion to the material, moving it forward a certain distance along the feeder. This forward movement is known as the vibration amplitude of the feeder.
