Belt conveyors are not glamorous, but they are what keeps a plant moving. PYRAMIDS conveyors are sized and specified for the actual load and inclination of each application, with safety systems and belt grades that suit the material, so they run reliably and need little attention.
PYRAMIDS Belt Conveyors are the backbone of material transport within any crushing, screening, or batching facility, engineered for reliable and continuous operation under heavy loads and harsh conditions. They ensure the seamless movement of aggregates, raw stone, sand, and other bulk materials between every stage of the production process, from primary feed all the way to stockpiling and final delivery. Their consistent performance is critical to maintaining production flow and eliminating bottlenecks between processing stages throughout the entire working day.
Belt Conveyors are built on rigid galvanized steel frames with troughed idler sets for full belt support and zero spillage. Drive systems are sized to conveyor length, inclination, and load, using direct-drive or gearbox configurations. Belt material is available in multiple grades, standard rubber, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, and fire- retardant, to suit quarrying, mining, recycling, and construction applications. Belt tension is maintained through adjustable gravity or screw take-up systems to prevent slippage and minimize wear.
Belt Conveyors come fully equipped with emergency pull-wire switches, belt misalignment detectors, skirting systems at feed points, and integrated discharge chutes for safe and efficient operation. Custom lengths, widths, and inclination angles are available to match any plant layout and material handling requirement. All structural steel components are surface-treated and coated to resist corrosion and withstand prolonged exposure to dust and abrasive material contact. Units integrate seamlessly within fixed or mobile PYRAMIDS plants and can also be supplied as standalone additions to existing facilities.
