Overview
The PYRAMIDS Hammer Crusher is engineered to deliver powerful impact-based size reduction for a wide range of materials in aggregate, mining, and recycling applications. Relying on kinetic energy rather than compression alone, it achieves high reduction ratios in a single pass while producing consistently uniform output, making it a versatile and cost-effective choice across production lines of all scales.
Design & Mechanism
The crusher’s motor drives a high-speed rotor fitted with replaceable hammer heads. As feed material enters the crushing chamber, the rotating hammers deliver rapid impact, shear, and tear forces, fracturing the material against adjustable baffle plates and screen bars. Oversized particles are retained on the screen plate and subjected to continued hammer action until they reach the required discharge granularity, then exit through the bottom screen.
