PYRAMIDS Vibrating Screens are precision-engineered classification machines that separate crushed materials into accurately defined size fractions, ensuring that the final products from your crushing and screening plant meet the exact specifications required by customers and project standards. Positioned within the crushing circuit after secondary or tertiary crushers, they are a critical quality-control element in every aggregate production line.
The PYRAMIDS Vibrating Screen operates on an elliptical or circular vibration principle generated by eccentric shaft exciters, producing a consistent and controlled screening action across all deck levels. Multi-deck configurations with two, three, or four screening decks allow simultaneous classification into multiple size fractions in a single pass, maximizing plant efficiency and minimizing footprint. Screen panels are available in woven wire, polyurethane, or rubber media to match specific material types, moisture levels, and throughput demands.
Vibrating Screens are available across multiple models and screening area configurations, suitable for stationary and mobile plant integration. The screen body is manufactured from high-strength stress-relieved steel with reinforced side plates designed for high- cycle dynamic loading during continuous operation. Isolation springs and anti-vibration mounts contain dynamic forces within the screen structure and protect the supporting framework.
