PYRAMIDS Primary Impact Crushers are engineered to deliver high-reduction ratios in a single crushing stage, making them the ideal first step in any aggregate or mining production line. Capable of processing large feed materials, these crushers reduce raw stone, limestone, granite, and other minerals into well-shaped, cubical products ready for further processing or direct use on site.
The crusher centers around a high-speed impact rotor equipped with replaceable blow bars manufactured from premium manganese or chrome steel alloys. As feed material enters the crushing chamber, it is struck by the rapidly rotating rotor and projected against adjustable impact aprons, producing a controlled multi-stage breakage process. PYRAMIDS equips these crushers with hydraulic apron adjustment as standard, enabling quick tool-free gap changes directly from the operator panel.
Primary Impact Crushers are available in a range of models suited for fixed plants as well as mobile and semi-mobile configurations. All models feature a reinforced crusher housing, heavy-wall rotor discs, and sealed self-aligning bearing assemblies built for extreme continuous-duty conditions.
